2. Wellbeing Analysis

We used an evidence-based psychometric questionnaire to assess the wellbeing of the participants in the Seafarer Wellbeing Project. This questionnaire can be used to analyse the collective wellbeing of a team or any group of people working together on a regular basis. The Wellbeing Analysis tool can be used for both offshore and onshore teams.

Key Takeaways: The team will understand their wellbeing profile, which includes areas of strength and areas of development, using an evidence-based psychometric measure. They will also learn practical strategies to improve their wellbeing as a group. After completing the 15-minute questionnaire, Dr Lauren Brown will present feedback.

Who it’s for: Managers, HR, and team leaders.
